Bensalem police are examining the murder of a chiropractor who was found dead in his office on Monday. Authorities were at first contacted us to the 3100 block of Hulmeville Road, north of Street Road for a medical emergency situation and found 64-year-old James Sowa dead, according to a press release. Cops believe he died Monday in between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Sowa lived at the house where he also operated his chiropractic practice.
An autopsy discovered Sowa suffered blunt force injury to the head and ruled the death a murder, police said.
On Thursday early morning, a police vehicle was parked in the driveway of the home office, which sits in between an uninhabited office and an animal healthcare facility. Cops tape might still be seen around the property.

Police are asking anybody with details on this investigation or who experienced any suspicious in the area of the 3100 block of Hulmeville Road around the time of the death to call them at 215-633-3719.
