ORLANDO, Fla.– Orlando police state a guy who threatened to soar a chiropractic physician's office is now in custody.
The male had actually strolled into the Orlando Health Medical Center on East Colonial Drive Aug. 18 around 1:30 p.m. and made the verbal threat with a weapon, according to an Orlando Police Department press release.
Cops received multiple 911 calls from the workplace with people saying they were frightened of leaving the structure.
“He simply came inside and took a look at the coffee maker and I resembled ‘you can get coffee if you want' and he was like ‘No. If everyone's not out the door in 20 minutes everyone's getting shot,” a caller told a 911 dispatcher.
The male remained in the workplace for a few minutes prior to leaving toward Westmoreland and Colonial Drive where officers ultimately apprehended him.
Nearby schools and businesses went on lockdown till officers offered the clear.
