Knights of Columbus: “Spread the Light of Christ” Event – Racine County Eye

December 1, 2020 @ 8:00 PM On the very first Tuesday of December, December 1, the Knights of Columbus will start the Christmas season with the yearly” Spread the Light of Christ”event. K of C Councils throughout the U. S. invites everybody to light their nativity scene, Advent wreath, outdoor display screen, or Christmas tree at 8 P.M. local time. The lighting of the Christmas tree can be simply part of the celebration event, as lots of activities such as caroling, prayer, or snacks and beverages may be consisted of.

Start the ceremony with the true blessing of an Advent wreath and the lighting of its candles; likewise the Nativity scene. The Christmas tree can be embellished with ornaments made by friends and family.
