Pinellas County chiropractor offers free care to first responders, heath care workers – ABC Action News

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla.– Some individuals can just feel the stress of the pandemic all the way down to their bones.

Darlene is a retired policeman and current flight attendant. She knew it was time to get her back cracked, before her persistence cracked.

PINELLAS NEWS|The current headings from Pinellas County “I started feeling some tension, I said,'well it's time to begin taking care of me, I need to make my way back into the chiropractor, physical treatment, look after myself initially,' so I can take care of my family,” stated Darlene.

Dr. Richard Tantillo, with Alexander Spine Center, stated you can toss your body out of alignment from many different methods, consisting of handling a pandemic.

“Emotional stress, physical stress, both can manifest itself in the very same way, joint discomfort, neck pain, low pain in the back, mid-back discomfort, headaches,” stated Tantillo.
