Robert “”Bob””Joseph
Krismanich 1932-2020 RACINE– Robert”Bob “Joseph Krismanich, age 88, of Racine passed away on October 17, 2020.
Bob was born in Racine on July 27, 1932, the son of the late George and Anna (nee Klemencic) Krizmanich. He was raised in Racine and was a 1951 graduate of William Horlick High School. On August 25, 1956 he was joined in marital relationship to Barbara Bidwell at St. John Nepomuk Church. Bob was utilized for 28 years at The Wisconsin Natural Gas Company, retiring in 1994.
Bob delighted in time with his enjoyed ones at the family lake property in Wautoma, WI, water-skiing into his seventies. He was a kind male, of generous spirit. He strove to attend to his household and his carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and automobile abilities were to the benefit of numerous. He took pride in his house and yard and was understood for his golf course quality lawn. He was happiest when spending time with his kids and grandchildren.
Bob is made it through by his other half of 64 years, Barbara Krismanich; children: Denise (Terry) Peterson and Debi (Randall) Schlicht; grandchildren: Erin Peterson, Trevor Peterson (Danielle Gename), and Evan Schlicht; bro, George Krizmanich; sibling, Doris Timler; sister-in-law, Donna Bidwell; brother-in-law, John Wasmundt; as well as many other family members and good friends.
In addition to his moms and dads, Bob is preceded in death by his sis, Frances Krizmanich; sisters-in-law: Patricia Krizmanich and Beverly Wasmundt; and brother-in-law, Ted Bidwell.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. You are welcomed to witness the service livestreamed on the Facebook page of St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church Racine (“Like” to activate streaming). Those attending the Mass are required to wear a mask and observe social distancing.
Bob will be put to rest at West Lawn Memorial Park in a personal event. The household has recommended memorials be directed to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church or a charity of one's choice.
